CMP was founded on 9 September 2022 by four founders: Mr Karen, Ms Dasmauli Manurung, Mr Philips Muliawan and Ms Puspita Muliawan.

Notary referrals
CMP can refer clients to notaries for assistance with documents and the transaction process. For a land sale deed (AJB), make sure the professional handling it is authorised to act as a Land Deed Official (PPAT).
Mortgage bank referrals
If you are considering a home loan (KPR), CMP can provide bank referrals. Credit approval, interest rates and financing requirements remain subject to the bank’s assessment and terms.
Negotiation support
We help buyers and sellers work towards a mutually acceptable agreement, taking each party’s needs and circumstances into account.
