Candidate requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent. A background in marketing or business is an advantage.
- Honest, reliable and approachable, with clear communication skills.
- Interested in sales and negotiation, with a willingness to learn about property.
- Able to use WhatsApp and social media for marketing and client follow-up.
- Access to transport and availability for property viewings.
- Organised with activity records and follow-ups, and comfortable working as part of a team.
Sales or property experience is an advantage. Motivated beginners are also welcome.
Partnership and office support
This is a commission-based property agent partnership with no base salary. The office provides advertising support for property marketing. Commission-sharing terms are explained before the partnership begins.
Agent commissions are paid promptly once the transaction is completed and CMP has received the commission from the client.
Main responsibilities
Market properties, follow up with prospective buyers or sellers, arrange viewings and coordinate with the team throughout the transaction.
